Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
1. Who we are
Good Game Fantasy is operated by LYRIDS OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under registry code 14707080, with its registered office at Lasnamäe tn 4b-26, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 11412, Estonia ("we", "us").
You can reach us at social@goodgamefantasy.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the Good Game Fantasy website, the Good Game Fantasy browser extension, and any paid plan you buy from us (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing the extension, or buying a plan, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. What the Service does
Good Game Fantasy helps you make decisions in your fantasy basketball league. The browser extension reads the Yahoo Fantasy pages you are signed in to and adds projections, schedule information and analysis on top of them. With your permission it also loads other pages from your league in the background, using your own Yahoo session, so it can show information the open page does not contain. The website shows the same information in a dashboard.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Yahoo, Yahoo Fantasy Sports, the NBA, the NBPA, ESPN, or any team or player. All trademarks belong to their owners. We use team and player names only to identify real people and teams, as a matter of fact.
4. Projections are estimates
Everything we publish is a projection: a model's opinion about what might happen. It is not a prediction, a guarantee, or advice.
You are responsible for your own roster decisions. We do not promise that using the Service will improve your results.
We do not place, submit, or automate any transaction in your league. Adding or dropping players, submitting trades and setting lineups are actions you take yourself.
5. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else is using it.
You may not share, resell, or transfer your account or your paid access.
6. Acceptable use
Do not:
- use the Service in a way that breaks the law or the terms of any other service you use it alongside;
- copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our projections or any other output of the Service in bulk;
- reverse engineer or decompile it, except where applicable law allows this despite this restriction;
- interfere with the Service, overload it, or attempt to reach accounts or data that are not yours;
- access the Service by automated means other than the extension we provide.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
7. Plans and prices
Season pass — $19.99. A single payment covering the 2026-27 season. It does not renew automatically.
Founder price — $9.99. A reduced price for the season pass, limited to the first 300 purchases. If you buy at the founder price, that price remains available to you for future seasons as long as you renew each season without a gap. If you let a season lapse, the founder price is no longer available to you. We may end the founder offer once the limit is reached.
Monthly — $4.99 per month. Ends automatically on 15 April 2027 at the end of the season. Nothing is charged after that date.
All prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.
8. Changes to plans and prices
We may change our prices. A change never affects a season pass you have already paid for. For monthly plans we will tell you before a change takes effect and you may cancel before it does.
We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something significant from a paid plan during a season you have paid for, contact us and we will agree a fair remedy.
9. Cancelling
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then.
A season pass is a single purchase and is not cancelled; it ends when the season ends.
10. Right of withdrawal — consumers in the EU, EEA and UK
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you have 14 days from the day your contract with us is concluded to withdraw from it, without giving a reason.
If you ask us to start providing the Service during that period and you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for what you used before withdrawing. The rest is refunded.
To withdraw, use the withdrawal link in your billing area or email social@goodgamefantasy.com with a clear statement that you are withdrawing. We will confirm receipt and refund you within 14 days, using the payment method you used.
Cancelling a renewal is not the same as withdrawing from a purchase. Withdrawal is available for 14 days after purchase and ends the contract itself.
11. Refunds outside the withdrawal right
Beyond the statutory right above, we will consider refunds case by case within 14 days of purchase. Write to social@goodgamefantasy.com and tell us what went wrong.
12. Things outside our control
The extension depends on Yahoo's pages staying in a form we can read. Yahoo may change those pages at any time, which can stop parts of the Service from working until we adapt. We also depend on third-party data sources and hosting providers.
We try to keep the Service available but we do not promise uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for interruptions caused by third parties.
13. Our content and your data
We own the Service, our projections, our models and our interface. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your plan is active.
You keep ownership of your own data. You give us permission to process it so we can provide the Service. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
14. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.
A projection that turns out to be wrong is not a failure of the Service. Failing to provide the Service we sold you is a different matter, and your statutory rights in that case are not affected by this section.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.
15. Ending your access
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from your account settings. Deleting your account cancels any recurring billing and removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. It does not issue a refund.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Service. If we end your access without cause during a season you have paid for, we will refund the unused part.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
